Manage Tab

Dicitonary Entry Types are used to define the kind of a Dictionary Entry.

IPDF default values:

• Measure
• Dimension
• Drill-down Dimension
• Variable
• Lookup
• Inline 10

Step-by-step guide

1. In the Manage Tab click on the New or Edit links
2. Type the following data:
   1. Name: the name of the Governance. This can be an user name, a system or mechanism that enters the data
   2. Description: free text description
   3. Sort Index: the sequence of the Dictionary Entry Types displayed at Data Dictionary > Dictionary Entries > Manage Tab
   4. Governance (optional): associated Governance item
   5. Notes (optional):  free text optional notes
