Origin Items are captured during the Schema Snapshot > Take a Schema Snapshot Tab process and represents Database table/view/system table/QVD file fields.
Origin Items are associated to Origin Tables, QS Apps and are loaded in the IPDF Schema Snapshot App.

Manage Tab

Step-by-step guide

To change Origin Items data:

  1. In the Manage Tab click on Edit link
  2. Type the following data:
    1. Description: free text description
    2. QVD Field Name: the QVD Field Name created during the QVD Builder process
    3. Notes (optional):  free text optional notes


Origin Source Types are required for Origin Connections

Deleting an Origin Source Type will exclude automatically all associated Origin Connections
