Step-by-step guide

1. In the Manage Tab click on the New or Edit links
2. Type the following data:Click on the link "...using this template.":
3. A MS Excel workbook will be downloaded with two sheets:
4. Dictionary - has all of the fields as described on the Manage tab for this topic
5. DictionaryEntries -  has all of the fields as described in Dictionary Entries for this help topic
   1. Name: the name of the Origin Source Type
   2. Description: free text description
   3. Governance (optional): associated Governance item
   4. Notes (optional):  free text optional notes
